Act Fast If You Want These Dope Suzuki Hayabusa & Katana Watches

If you're a Suzuki Hayabusa or Katana fan, and you've been wanting the perfect wristwatch to show everyone how much you love your Hayabusa (or Katana), then Suzuki's about to make you very happy.

Well, maybe it is because the watches it's collaborated with Japanese watch specialist Kentex on will be released as extremely limited edition items. So you'll have to move fast if you want to get your hands on one, or just content yourself to drool over them from afar. Which is totally cool by us; we do it all the time. (Side question: How many bikes are you up to in your imaginary Facebook Marketplace garage today?)

This isn't the first time that Suzuki and Kentex have collaborated on motorcycle-specific watches. In fact, just two years ago, in 2023, Suzuki and Kentex offered both a Katana and a GSX-R limited edition watch design.

Then, as now, only 300 units of each design were made. Suzuki offered them for sale via a special lottery. Only one application to the lottery is allowed per person this time around, and the price has gone up slightly since last time.

How much will these watches cost? Both the Hayabusa and the Katana watch will run you a cool 55,000 yen apiece, including tax. In US dollars, that's about $363 at the time of writing.

Full details about the construction and features of the watches, as well as the lottery itself, have not yet been announced. Instead, Suzuki released a small teaser about the upcoming watch collaboration ahead of time, as part of a general announcement about the fourth anniversary of its online merch store, S-Mall.

If you're a fan of the Suzuki brand in general, or you love Suzuki cars in addition to bikes, there are some other special goods it's releasing to celebrate as well. Fancy a cool Suzuki sake cup? How about a Suzuki Swift Sport x Seiko watch, or a Suzuki Jimny x Casio G-Shock watch? If you're the ultimate, number-of-wheels-agnostic Suzuki fan, and you've got a load of cash burning a hole in your wallet, you could always come away with four special-edition Suzuki wristwatches to add to your collection.
